Aromatic Bitters

• Star Anise, Allspice, Gentian Root

• Complex

• Try them in a classic Old Fashioned, or in an Army + Navy:

  • 2 oz dry gin

    1 oz fresh lemon juice

    3/4 oz orgeat

    2 dashes PBP Aromatic Bitters

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, double strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
