PBP Super Spice Bitters combine with apple brandy and a delicious simple syrup made by our friends over at Meadowland Syrups. This cocktail marries the sweetness of apple with the warmth of baking spices, rounded off by hints of citrus and smoke. It has a long and delicious finish, perfect for sipping any time of day. 2 oz. Calvados (or your favorite apple brandy)
1 tsp. Dry Curacao
1.5 tsp. Meadowland Woodfired Apple Simple Syrup
12 drops PBP Super Spice Bitters

Add ingredients to a glass mixing jar. Add ice and stir while thinking of bon fires and apple orchards. Strain in a coupe glass. Best drunk in your favorite sweater, listening to a true crime podcast.
