Ancho Glad I Put Kiwi in 'Dis?

Riding on the coat tails of our cocktail, "Orange You Glad It's Halloween," I've somehow come up with another absurdly named cocktail. Maybe I'm still secretly channeling my Halloween alter ego, SNL's Dr. Wayne Wenowdis? Maybe we all need a little more silliness in our daily lives after what 2020 and 2021 have dished out? In either case, I hope you try making this feisty and absurdly tasty cocktail! Cheers!

ANCHO GLAD I PUT KIWI IN 'DIS?

2 oz. Jaz Spirits Riverain Dry Gin
1/3 oz. Ancho Reyes Poblano Liqueur
12 kiwi berries
1 oz. lemon/lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
7 drops PBP Aromatic Bitters

Muddle kiwi berries and gin in shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass. Sip while enjoying the madness.
