LAVENDER GIMLET

2 oz Freeland Gin

1 oz lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

7-10 drops PBP Lavender bitters

Place ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lime twist.
